FLCS (Freelancers Community Sargodha) is a community-driven platform that connects freelancers, agencies, and companies in Sargodha and beyond. We provide a space where talent can be discovered, jobs can be posted, projects can be listed, and events can be organized.
FLCS is a platform provider only. We do not act as an employer, recruitment agency, contractor, or intermediary in any transaction between users. All arrangements, contracts, and dealings are strictly between the parties involved.
3 Platform Disclaimer & Your Responsibility
⚠️ Important: You use this platform entirely at your own responsibility. FLCS does not verify, endorse, or guarantee any user, company, job posting, project, or any content posted on this platform.
As a user of this platform — whether you are a freelancer, company owner, or visitor — you acknowledge and agree that:
- FLCS is not responsible for any loss, damage, financial harm, dispute, fraud, or other negative outcome arising from your use of the platform or interactions with other users.
- It is your own responsibility to verify the legitimacy of any person, company, job, or project before engaging with them.
- FLCS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any listings, profiles, or information posted on the platform.
- You must conduct your own due diligence, background checks, and verification before entering into any professional arrangement.
Before starting any work or hiring anyone, you must:
- Sign a proper written contract with the other party
- Take a reasonable advance payment before starting any project
- Verify the other party's identity and credibility independently
- Keep communication on record
4 For Employers & Companies
- Job and project postings must be genuine, accurate, and relevant to the platform's domains.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your job descriptions, salary ranges, and requirements.
- Posting fake, misleading, or scam job offers is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account removal.
- FLCS is not responsible for any employee performance, project outcomes, or disputes arising from hires made through this platform.
- Companies must respect freelancers' intellectual property, agreed compensation, and dignity.
5 For Freelancers
- Your profile must accurately reflect your actual skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Do not misrepresent yourself, your portfolio, or your experience level.
- FLCS is not responsible for any non-payment, scope creep, or disputes arising from client relationships.
- Always get a written agreement or contract before starting work. Do not work without an advance where applicable.
- Your profile and contact details are publicly visible — exercise discretion about what you share.
6 Code of Conduct
All users of FLCS must follow these basic conduct rules:
- Treat all other users with respect and professionalism.
- Do not spam, solicit, or send unsolicited promotional messages to other users.
- Do not post false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content.
- Do not impersonate any other person, company, or organization.
- Do not use the platform for any illegal activity.
- Do not scrape, copy, or misuse other users' data or content from this platform.
- Respect the privacy and personal information of other community members.
7 Zero Tolerance: Harassment & Misuse
🚫 Zero Tolerance Policy: FLCS has an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, discrimination, and misuse of personal information.
- No harassment of any kind is permitted — verbal, written, or otherwise — toward any user on this platform.
- No misuse of personal information that any user has shared on their public profile. User data may only be used to make legitimate professional contact.
- Female professionals must be treated with full respect. Sending irrelevant, inappropriate, or personal messages to female users is strictly forbidden.
- Any negative scandal, exposure, or harassment campaign targeting any user — particularly female professionals — may be subject to legal proceedings under the applicable laws of Pakistan, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016.
- Sexual harassment, threats, blackmail, or inappropriate conduct of any kind will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Victims of harassment are encouraged to report abuse to: info@flcs.pk
8 User-Generated Content
- By posting any content on FLCS (profiles, jobs, projects, descriptions, images), you grant FLCS a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform.
- You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
- FLCS reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.
- Do not post content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
9 Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- One person or entity may only maintain one account. Duplicate accounts may be removed.
- Notify us immediately at info@flcs.pk if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- FLCS is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
10 Termination
FLCS reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms of Use. This includes but is not limited to: harassment, fraud, misrepresentation, spam, or illegal activity.
11 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
