Graphic Designer (Full-Time)

We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing agency team.

This role is ideal for a beginner or intermediate-level designer who wants to gain real agency experience, improve their skills, and work on a variety of client projects.

Working Hours

• Full-Time
• 6-7 Hours Per Day
• Remote Position

Responsibilities

• Design social media posts and carousels
• Create ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram campaigns
• Design marketing materials, presentations, and promotional assets
• Create branding assets and visual content for clients
• Follow brand guidelines and maintain design consistency
• Collaborate with copywriters, media buyers, and account managers
• Make revisions based on client and team feedback

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate graphic design skills
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator
• Good understanding of social media design principles
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Portfolio showcasing previous work

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous agency experience is a plus
• Experience creating social media content and ad creatives
• Familiarity with branding and marketing design

Compensation Structure

Incubation Period (First 45 Days)

• Salary: PKR 20,000 per month
• Performance, communication, and skill development will be evaluated during this period.

After Successful Completion of Incubation

• Salary: PKR 40,000 per month
• Long-term growth opportunities within the agency
