🚀 We're Hiring: DM Setters / Appointment Setters

We're looking for 4 reliable DM Setters to join our remote outreach team.

Your job is simple: start conversations, follow up with prospects, qualify interested leads and book calls.
 

You don't need years of sales experience. You need discipline, consistency, good communication, and the ability to follow a proven system.
 

What You'll Do

Send 40 DMs per day

30 Instagram DMs

10 Facebook DMs

Work 6 days per week

Follow up with prospects according to our outreach system

Start genuine conversations with potential clients

Qualify interested prospects

Book calls for our sales team

Track your outreach, replies, follow-ups, and bookings

Engage with relevant Facebook groups when required

💰 Compensation

20,000 PKR/month base salary

Plus performance-based commissions.
 

And here's the important part:

Our current DM setters are already making 60,000-75,000+ PKR per month in commissions alone.
 

Your earning potential depends on your consistency, performance, and results.

The better you perform, the more you earn.

🎯 What We're Looking For
 

You might be a great fit if you:

Can consistently send 40 DMs every working day

Can commit to 6 working days per week

Have good written English

Know how to communicate casually and naturally

Are comfortable using Instagram and Facebook

Don't give up after a few people ignore you

Can follow instructions without constant supervision

Take responsibility for your numbers

Are comfortable working toward daily targets

Want to build real sales and appointment-setting skills
 

Previous appointment-setting experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

If you can follow a system and consistently do the work, we'll teach you the rest.
