Largest Sargodha freelancing, technology, and AI empowerment conference returns on 14 November 2026 — and it is bigger, bolder, and more necessary than ever.
Artificial Intelligence is not coming. It is here. In the last 24 months, AI has fundamentally reshaped how the global tech and freelancing market operates. Skills that took years to master are being automated in minutes. Entire job categories are being rewritten overnight. Clients are expecting more, faster, cheaper.
For the youth of Sargodha — and for freelancing community of Pakistan at large — this presents a defining moment. It can either be a disruption that leaves thousands behind, or an opportunity that launches a new generation into high-earning global careers.
SHAPE26 exists because we refuse to let it be the first.
SHAPE26 is largest freelancing, technology, and AI empowerment conference of Sargodha, organized by Freelancers Community Sargodha (FLCS) under the leadership of PAFLA — Pakistan Freelancers Association.
It iss a full-day, high-energy event designed to give the youth of Sargodha clear, practical direction at this turning point in the tech market. Not vague motivation. Not recycled advice. Real, actionable guidance from people who are already succeeding in the new AI-driven landscape.
The event brings together industry leaders, top freelancers, agency founders, and AI practitioners under one roof to help attendees shift from being displaced by AI to becoming opportunity takers — using AI to enter new, high-earning fields.
The numbers tell the story of what is at stake:
5,000+ attendees — freelancers, students, and young professionals from Sargodha and surrounding regions
30+ speakers — national and local industry leaders, CEOs, agency founders, and AI experts
3,000+ community members — the active FLCS community already building careers in tech and freelancing
1 full day — packed with stage sessions, workshops, expo stalls, and networking
But the real reason SHAPE26 matters is not the numbers. It is the gap it fills.
Many talented, capable young people in Sargodha are on the verge of losing their footing in the freelancing market — not because they lack skill or ambition, but because they lack direction. They do not know which skills to double down on. They do not know how to use AI as an advantage rather than fear it as a threat. They do not have access to the mentorship, networks, and real-world guidance that makes the difference between struggling and thriving.
SHAPE26 closes that gap. With real guidance, live learning, and direct access to people already succeeding in this new landscape.
SHAPE26 is built as a full-day immersive experience. Attendees move through:
